Shift Yoga
Kirsten has completed 500+ hours of yoga training, specializing in power vinyasa yoga. Her most influential teachers include Deborah Williamson, Baron Baptiste, and Bryan Kest. Kirsten has additional training in yoga for athletes with Sage Rountree, yoga for trauma and resiliency with Veterans Yoga Project, and yoga for eating disorder recovery with Eat, Breathe, Thrive. Shift Yoga is a yoga & nutrition collective located in the heart of downtown Wausau that’s passionate about helping you feel empowered to take charge of your life.
