1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Spring Celebration for kids! Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the round barn. Children 4 years and under 10am to 10:30am Children 5-7 years 10:30 to 11:00 and Children 8-11 years 11:00-12:00pm Get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny from 9am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm $10.00 for three images. Petting zoo from 9:30am to 2pm and face painting from 10am to 2pm Easter gift baskets for kids, adults and seniors. Buy a dozen decorated easter cookies. Win the beans: guess the number of jellybeans in the jar! Simple adult and Easter craft making in the hospitality suite along with wine tasting from 11am to 3pm See more here! 
 
 
 

 

After School in the Gardens

Monday, April 5, 2021 at 4 PM CDT – 6 PM CDT

After a day of in-school or virtual learning, let your kids play in the Gardens, explore and learn about nature with Monk Gardens’ education staff. At the Gardens, kids can climb trees, catch bugs, look for animal tracks, build forts, care for a garden, prepare a meal, and learn about the natural world, all with the guidance of our experienced environmental educator..
