Holiday Window Display Contest

During our Shop Local Season, we will be hosting our annual Holiday Window Display Contest. Cast your vote via text November 28th – December 10th for a chance to win $100 to your favorite downtown business.

The Holiday Window Display Contest will feature categories of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd . The winning businesses will receive a “major” award to place in their window for the duration of the season on December 11th. Read More Here

Man of Honor Society ham giveaway

The 12th annual ham giveaway will begin Saturday, December 5 at 9:00 a.m. on the midway at Marathon Park. Veterans and active military members can drive through and receive a free ham. You must show a DD Form 214, current military ID, or current VA ID card. Read more here.

Santa Paws

Bring your critter and just $10.00 to HSMC on 12/8/18 and leave with a color photo of your best friend with Santa! Light refreshments will be provided and awesome memories are sure to be made. See you there! Read More Here

Drive-Thru Visit with Santa

Santa will be accepting letters in his mailbox from 10:30am – Noon in the parking lot on the corner of 4th St. & Washington St. (Next to St. Paul’s United Church of Christ) in downtown Wausau. He will have a specially prepared gift bag for each child that drops off a letter. Bring the kids to see Santa from the safety of your vehicle and take home a Christmas craft to do later!
