It’s time to gather a few friends and make your reservations for our 21st Annual Valentine Tea!
The Marathon County Historical Society will host this elegant event at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2020, at the Woodson History Center, 410 McIndoe St., Wausau.

Primitive Skills – Stone Tools
In this primitive skills mini-session, Sean “The Mammoth Hunter” Sullivan will teach you how to make basic stone tools from materials that you can find in the outdoors. This hands-on workshop is loaded with history, science, and skill-building that you can use on your adventures. Each session is limited to 5 people to provide the greatest learning opportunities. Project Discovery Day
Marathon County 4-H is bringing back the Project Discovery Day event! The purpose of this event is to expose youth and adults to 4-H projects, to spark their interest to learn more throughout the 4-H year. Most project classes are open to youth and adults in order to learn skills to try out later and/or teach others. Classes may be canceled if there is registration numbers are too low. See more here
