Thanksgiving Turkey Jam

 

Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021 – Your favorite holiday workout is back. We welcome members and guests to burn (calories) before the feast! Work up an appetite with bodyweight strength moves, a bit of Zumba, plenty of cardio, and a cooldown.  This super-sized class is led by 4 motivating YMCA instructors, giving options for all levels. 2021 Turkey Trot 5K Run & Walk. This RUN is back! The 2021 Turkey Trot race will be in-person for individuals, family and friends. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. from the Footlocker.com/Eastbay parking lot, 111 S. 1st Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401.
