Winter Family Day
Get bundled up and arrive at the Gardens at 9am to test your frosty weather skills as a family. Try out snowshoeing, complete a tracking challenge while learning about animal winter adaptations, and we’ll work together to build a warm shelter.

Snowshoe Luminary Walk
Bring your family and friends (dogs are also welcome) to the gardens for a luminary-lit snowshoe walk ending at the Kitchen Garden, where you can warm up with a bonfire, hot chocolate, apple cider, and roasted marshmallows. Walks are held with or without snow. $2 a person; FREE for Monk Botanical Garden Members,
Snowshoes available on a rotation use basis for $2. CASH ONLY.
