Create a NEW drawing between May 1 – July1 on a sidewalk, driveway or similar surface. No drawing on any surfaces without permission of owner. Artwork must be appropriate for public viewing. No full nudes, advertising, business logos, or political statements of any kind are permitted.No oil pastels, spray fixatives, chemicals, or painting mediums are allowed (except water).
