Fun@5 with the Jefferson Street Inn

Wrap up your day at the Chamber’s Fun@5 events to build your personal and professional networks in a relaxed, fun setting. Hosts of these events will offer adult beverages, appetizers and plenty of fun in a comfortable atmosphere to help you make connections. You’ll also have a chance to win great door prizes!

Sleigh Rides for Small Groups with Lunch Option

 
 

SATURDAY, JANUARY 8, 2022 AT 9 AM – 3 PM. Rides go out every 1/2 hour. Please call ahead to reserve your spot. This is intended for groups of 8 or less. If your group is larger please book a private event by calling 715-675-1171. $12/person for just the ride. $22/person for all-you-can-eat soup buffet and ride (age 5 and under are free). Youth & Family Wheel Class

 

SUNDAY, JANUARY 9, 2022 AT 11 AM – 12:15 PM Are you and/ or your kids looking for something completely new and different to try? Take a pottery wheel class. Our family pottery wheel class is designed for ages 10 and up. Kids can come without adults or adults can come without kids! Learn the basics of wheel throwing and have the chance to make a bowl. After class the bowls will be fired and then the students may return to paint them at your convenience.
It’s fun to learn a new skill when you can get your hands dirty and get creative! Class is limited to 8 – registration is required.  Read more here

 

GRAB & GO: LITTLE TREASURES: POMPOM COASTER

 
 

Stop by any MCPL location in January to pick up a free kit and create your own unique coaster at home! We’ll provide a few materials – little pompom fuzzies, a coaster and directions – and all you’ll need at home is some glue! (A hot glue gun, Elmer’s or E6000 will work for this project.) This project is a fun way to add a piece of color to your living room, office or wherever you’ll be setting down a drink! .
