Your favorite restaurants have always been there for you.  Now we need to be there for them. The restaurant community across the nation and here in Wausau has been rocked by a dramatic decline in sales as a result of COVID-19. That’s putting hard-working owners and staff at risk.

Please contribute what you can by ordering takeout, delivery and buying gift cards from your favorite Wausau restaurants so they can count on that income to keep things running.

Christmas My Way!

Kick off the holiday season at the Whitewater Music Hall with a musical revue featuring the sounds of Frank Sinatra sung by the Join Out of the Woods Theatre group. Sinatra tunes will include “Fly me to the Moon,” “That’s Life”, “New York, New York” and some groovy versions of Sinatra Christmas hits such Mistletoe and Holly, The Christmas Song, Winter Wonderland. Part soup – part art – all heart. An event to fight hunger in Northcentral Wisconsin. For a reasonable cost, guests receive their choice of a handcrafted bowl and a meal of soup, bread, and dessert. Local restaurants and chefs donate their signature soups, and there are always different types of soup to try! This event also offers soup to go, live music, raffle items and a silent auction.
